If you're considering bringing one of Jennifer Sue’s Miniature Dachshunds into your home, please read the following, then I'd love to have a chat at (919) 810-1115. A conversation helps me ensure that each of our puppies finds the perfect forever home where they'll be cherished and loved.
My little pups are "bred for loving" and "raised right" in our home with Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS). Both parents are PRA tested, AKC registered, and Embark DNA genetic tested, ensuring high standards of health and pedigree. Your new family member will come with their first set of shots, vet checked, and hopefully, partially trained—already accustomed to ramps and using a doggie door if big enough in size. Most importantly, they'll come pre-loved and spoiled.
In terms of pricing, pet-only puppies range between $2,000-$2,500, depending on registration, pedigree, color, sex, etc. While I don't offer discounts or payment plans, I understand that purchasing a quality pet is an investment. If a pup doesn’t sell by 8-10 weeks, we can then discuss your budget and see if we can work something out.
Please note that all pups are sold on a pet-only basis and must be spayed or neutered unless breeding rights are approved and paid for ($500-$800). To be approved for breeding rights, we'd need to discuss in-depth your program to ensure it's a good fit for the pups. I make it no secret how I feel about unethical, improper breeding practices, and those claiming to be home breeders but turning out to be kennels and puppy mills. The programs I follow frown deeply upon those practices. They are not our people, and no baby of mine will be subjected to those breeding practices as long as I can help it.
Waitlist/Priority/Reserve: I’m accepting $200 reserves to be on my priority waitlist. This will prioritize you on our waitlist for an upcoming litter. Reserve money goes towards the pup purchase and is nonrefundable.
Not interested in the waitlist? Keep an eye on the website, join my contact list, check the blog daily, and follow social media for litter announcements. Be sure to get your deposit in early. My pups find homes quickly, and most have been spoken for off my waitlist.
A new puppy is a super exciting experience. Please do your research and avoid supporting puppy mills, excessive breeding, backyard breeders, and kennels. These pups are precious creatures and should always be in the home with you as a family member. Supporting those practices puts pups in horrible conditions you don’t want to endorse. If I don’t have what you are looking for, I’m happy to point you to someone who does. Sign up to be on my contact list. I often have friends with available pups.
